 Friendly Reminders

IMMUNIZATIONS  

All students must comply with New Jersey State Immunization requirements or they will be excluded from school.  

MEDICATIONS

If your child needs to have medicine during the school day contact the health office and you will be given forms to be filled out by the parent/guardian and the physician.  

Medication must be provided in a pharmacy container with proper label and date.  

All medication must be brought to school by an adult. Please call or email to schedule a date/time for drop-off.

ATTENDANCE

Please call the school on the attendance line if your child is going to be absent or late.   Call 631-4160 and press #4. 

Please remember to sign the children in if they are late in the main office. 

FEVER & VOMITING

When a child is absent from school due to fever, he or she should not return to school unless the temperature has been normal for 24 hours WITHOUT the aid of Tylenol, Advil or Motrin.

If your child is absent due to vomiting, he or she should not return to school until normal food can be tolerated and no vomiting within 24 hours.

HEALTH RECORDS

Health records are maintained on each student. If your child has an allergic reaction, operation, injury, disease or any other health condition, please notify Mrs. Warman so that the student's record will be kept updated.
